TIME:        First tee times at 12:30 pm
                Last tee time 3:00 pm
                Banquet at 6:00 pm

COST:       $15.00 (golf, banquet, and awards)
                $10.00 (banquet only)

NOTE 1:       Event is in lieu of our regular monthly meeting. Only those who have signed up and paid will be admitted for the evening banquet.
 
NOTE 2:        Make sure to include your golfer ID number if you will be golfing. 
                    If you wish to play with a particular person(s), please make note of it in the 
                    comments section.
NOTE 3:       Sign up for this event ends June 30 and payment must be received.
